Hemp protein is quite extraordinary in the plant world because it contains all 23 amino acids occurring freely in nature, including 8 essential ones which our body cannot produce by itself. It contains also balanced amounts of omega 3,6 and 9 fatty acids, from which for example linoleic acids are essential for the exchange of electric impulses in tissues.
Hemp protein is obtained by pulverizing hemp seeds from Cannabis Sativa plants. Hemp is a great source of high-quality protein, what will be appreciated mostly by vegans, sportsmen, and people focused on exercising. Hemp protein is suitable for anybody.
